The first time I walked into Back Essentials, I really wasnt walking. I was bent over dragging my feet and needed assistance from my husband. I had been dealing with this problem for over three years. Within 4-5 visits I was walking and back to exercising at the gym everyday. I am again able to tie my shoes without pain.
