Came in to get some work done and they are all so friendly, took care of our problem right away, and we were so thankful that they found the problem so quickly, they are awesome, and will be using them all the time for our trailer needs… Thank you Back Country RV👍🏻
Second time to Back Country RV and they did another great job. They fixed my furnace issue and helped me with a hot water problem. My RV was ready in a few hours and the bill was reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable and I trust him and his team to do a good job. I am very happy with their service and attention to details.
Keep trying to block this review, people need to know how shady this company is. Truth hurts. Had Back Country install a hot water tank, they did it improperly and didn't test it. Flooded my trailer instantly and continuously leaked into the underside of my trailer causing $9,000 in damage that the owner Chris refuses to admit was his doing nor his problem. We were in Penticton on our way to Lethbridge when our hot water tank failed. We called ahead and Tiffany arranged for a mobile tech to meet us our first day in Lethbridge at our site. She preordered the new water heater, got the work pre approved by our extended warranty company and handled all the paperwork. Riley the tech was outstanding, answered all our questions, did the job and even fixed a secondary problem while he was there - all in an hour. We will definitely be repeat customers.
