I like to thank the staff for letting me borrow a step bit to complete a installation I was doing and needed it to complete one of the steps. I was very impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff was there! I would definitely recommend this fine establishment due to my personal experience. Thanks again!
I took my truck camper in because the pump wasn’t working. I had it out and bench tested it and it worked great. I put it back and no water flow so I brought it in. They replaced it showing me some pump and saying it wasn’t good. I checked it at home and still no water so I brought it back. I discovered then that there was an on/off switch for the pump on my hood fan assembly. Yes it was dumb of me, but a $200 dumby tax seems excessive. They seemed nice but, if they were honest, they’d have just pointed out my silly overlook... read more
We were traveling in Saskatchewan and part of our 5th wheel suspension broke. We made it to Lethbridge, SK on a Sunday. We were there when they opened at 8:00 AM and determined we needed both sides of the suspension system replaced and had it done and us on our way by 10:30 AM. Christine, Tiffany, & Chris were the b... read more
I had de-winterized my trailer and noticed that one of my bypass valves for the hot water tank was leaking. Of course it was a couple days before we were leaving for holidays. They were able to get us in and did the repair outside beside thier building ( all the bays were full as they were really busy ) and I didn't even have to unhook. They even installed a grab handle for us while the repair was being done. They tested the water system and made sure I was good to go before leaving. I was extremely happy with the service. We just had our 2008 Octane trailer fixed by Chris and his team. We needed a new roof as well as and interior wall and ceiling replaced. They did it quickly and finished product is exactly what we were wanting. Definitely, be our go to company in the future. July 2026 our AC wasn’t working they had someone come out to the campground and fix it. Excellent service again. Thank you
