I had de-winterized my trailer and noticed that one of my bypass valves for the hot water tank was leaking. Of course it was a couple days before we were leaving for holidays. They were able to get us in and did the repair outside beside thier building ( all the bays were full as they were really busy ) and I didn't even have to unhook. We just had our 2008 Octane trailer fixed by Chris and his team. We needed a new roof as well as and interior wall and ceiling replaced. They did it quickly and finished product is exactly what we were wanting. Definitely, be our go to company in the future. July 2026 our AC wasn’t working they had someone come out to the campground and fix it. Excellent service again. Thank you
I am from Vancouver BC, I planned a trip to Lethbridge. About 3 weeks prior to the trip, I found out my kitchen slide was not working. I called locally and no rv repair place can get me in until fall. So I decided to call Back Country in Lethbridge ahead to time to get a mobile tech out.
