Brisket is excellent 👍
I have always wanted to operate a BBQ joint and this is exactly how I would do it. Small menu, but something for everyone. Meat smoked right in front of you so you can see the process and freshness. Good portions, great flavor, sports on the TV, a crew thats constantly working to improve the facility. Worth stopping in for! I tried to add a photo, but it says the size is too large. I'll try later.
Just plain refreshing to go to an establishment and be treated as if its about more than the money. The integrity behind the treatment, the pride behind the food, and the hospitality of the establishment is top tier!!!! This place was beyond expectations, and helped me and my wife create another prime memory for our kids!!!! The food matched the experience, it was great! Thank you.
