WE have been at "Back Bay Suites" for several weeks during covid, chemo, quarantine and so forth due to my husbands stage 4 cancer treatments at MGH. While we had a few snafus in the beginning, "Susan" and her husband personally took care of every single issue with care, calm and professionalism during a frightening, hectic and upending time. These apartments have a perfect location. They are close to the river Charles for sunset walks, just two blocks away from Newbury Street, another block from the Prudential Centre with all the shops restaurants, food markets and public transport right at hand. It’s a beautiful area and felt very safe. Old Boston red brick apartments and historic buildings surround the area.
