I have been using them for years now and they do a great job and great prices!
Back Alley did a custom cushion for my chair and they did an amazing job. Made the chair so much better to sit in and it tied my entire living room together. I also asked them to not cover up the wood detail on the back of the chair. Highly recommend this place.
Edgar is awesome. Monica is very difficult to work with. They built the first banquet to the incorrect specs, which we have the correct specs in writing as a carbon copy of what they also have. Edgar graciously rebuilt it to our specs, and delivered it, but unfortunately without clips for the cushion. My wife started receiving unprofessional text messages from Monica when we asked how to install them ourselves, Edgar again graciously came and installed the clips.
