Best barber shop ever! I have been bringing my lifelong friend Chris to have his hair cut here every few months for approximately 3 years, maybe longer! We are always warmly welcomed and treated like valued customers. I used to own a business on Queen Street, which is how I got to know Rob, Tony and Mary. My son has been going to this barbershop for about 3 years. Chris has Down Syndrome and he was totally thrilled by the memorabilia throughout. Chris has Rob cut his hair and he has become not only a barber but a good buddy. Thanks for the fabulous job.

Took my son here who is non verbal with autism for a haircut as I couldn't get him into the barber I normally take him too. I understand my son does not sit well for haircuts, the place he normally goes to the guy is fast and efficient and has zero issues getting it done regardless of how restless my son is. We booked with Laura and although she was kind, it was obvious she was too nervous to cut his hair since he doesn't sit very still. This was the best experience I have ever had having my hair cut! I saw Laura and she was beyond amazing and exceeded my expectations. I have been cutting my own hair for years after a bad experience at a regular hair salon. I am so happy that I trusted Laura to cut my hair. It looks amazing and I am so so so happy with the result! I feel so free and confident and content. :) Thank you so much to everyone at Back Alley Barber Shop! The decor was also amazing and fun!!! Can’t wait to return :)
