Had a deep tissue massage with Shantae today which was great! She included stretches to help my lower back, and sent me home with stretches I can do at my desk. Highly recommended!
I loved it. Shantae was awesome. Very nice, and wasn't afraid to go deep into the muscle to work on my knots, and tightness. I will be back.
