These people are scammers and frauds. They are just a shady family that has several company names, Golden Sun being at least one other and put rental properties in various family member names to skirt VA landlord tenant laws. They refused to provide addresses, their last names, lie about who they are, etc, making it impossible to find them for court proceedings. Two of them both call themselves “Mrs Lee”. Excellent realtor family owned as well as being family or in it
Rude and ignorant, Asian/family owned realty company that does their job in an unprofessional manner and fails to follow up with prospective tenants. Ms.Lee is the snappy, quick-talking partner of this business who typically answers the phone regarding rental inquiries. Bach realty has several properties that they have recently been posting on Zillow, GoSection8 etc… I would advise you steer clear from them all
This so-called reality is a joke! Don't waste your time on anything they have. This is the worst company out there. Rude, disrespectful, and they try to steal your information and ask for copies of your driver's license and social security card before they will even consider showing you a house.
