Rude and ignorant, Asian/family owned realty company that does their job in an unprofessional manner and fails to follow up with prospective tenants. Ms.Lee is the snappy, quick-talking partner of this business who typically answers the phone regarding rental inquiries. Bach realty has several properties that they have recently been posting on Zillow, GoSection8 etc… I would advise you steer clear from them all
This so-called reality is a joke! Don't waste your time on anything they have. This is the worst company out there. Rude, disrespectful, and they try to steal your information and ask for copies of your driver's license and social security card before they will even consider showing you a house.

This is a poor establishment. I wouldnt even give it one star. Family establishment poor customer service. Nothing gets fixed in timely fashion. I went 4 days with no ac one summer and wouldnt even reimburse my husband and i for the two fans we had to buy. 3 months to fix plumbing. We washed dishes in our bath tub. They do not take care of their properties. Will give you a dirty house and expect it back in immaculate condition. Wont give you receipt for your rent payments.
