Good food, great variety, many meatless meals and terrific staff. Prices a little high for very casual dining.
Went with my husband and kids. We use to go regularly when we were students at SUNY New Paltz. The food, drinks and pool were just as we remembered from 20 years ago. The kids both loved their dinners, as did my husband and I. We will definitely return on our next trip to town!
It was busy but service was great, which is amazing fpr a busy college town, and they have really good fries, 100% worth a trip
our server meghan was great . friendly and funny and good at her job . the rest of the satff we encountered were pretty much the same. we sat out front outside. it's a great spot for people watching on a sunny spring day . Pretty much everything on the menu is recommended and their in house brewery turns out some excellent beers ( i had the goodbye alligator IPA ). I've been going to Bacchus forever and thre onkly negative i have is this - the taco salad hasn't been on the menu in forever - i still miss it , LOL ...
The service was horrible! Took forever and the server never brought the appetizers we ordered then put it on the tab. The food was good but some of it came out cold. I wouldn't come back again.
