Booked a tour THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE for 4:15. Remy called me and confirmed and said "see you then". I show up at 4:14 and am told by some lady with an attitude they stop doing tours at 4 and Remy wasn't even there today. When I mentioned I booked through their website, I got an eye roll and a shrug basically. I declined to reschedule because if a place is THIS unprofessional at the touring stage, I definitely don't want to live here. If you don't provide tours at 4:15, WHY IS THAT TIME SLOT ON YOUR WEBSITE? Idiotic.
Bad service rude staff There stuck up and need to be trained
Very rude and unfriendly front office. Talks down to you like you’re a child. I’m genuinely shocked at the way they treat and talk to their residents, never seen anything like it.
The staff here has been nothing less than amazing!! We moved from Texas and they handheld us through the process every step of the way because they knew how sensitive it is moving long distance. We are renting two apartments with them and they are so neat and clean. The residents are friendly and im near everything I need. 10/10 highly recommend! Shout out to Remly and Thalia for getting us right!!!
