First the Good...As others have said, the maintenance guys are really great and I would give them 5 stars but the place itself does not deserve it. Overall the location was good, the apt itself was fine, we never had trouble with bugs and the prices were reasonable. Now the Bad...the appliances were cheap garbage, the front gates were always open/broken, the back gate was also broken, the office was closed on weekends, lots of kids (so it's a great family place!) and we had some terrible neighbors who refused to pick up thei... read more
I complained about my AC for years before it finally got fixed for real. No one was contacting me to get into my apartment because I have my phone on me for work all the time, so I always answer or call back. It’d be cool if you could say sorry instead of blaming me but oh well, that’s why there’s one star
