First the Good...As others have said, the maintenance guys are really great and I would give them 5 stars but the place itself does not deserve it. Overall the location was good, the apt itself was fine, we never had trouble with bugs and the prices were reasonable. I complained about my AC for years before it finally got fixed for real. No one was contacting me to get into my apartment because I have my phone on me for work all the time, so I always answer or call back. It’d be cool if you could say sorry instead of blaming me but oh well, that’s why there’s one star
I lived at Bacaro and all the negative reviews on here are accurate (mine seemed to have disappeared since all the new reviews are only a month old, which indicates to me that they remove negative reviews regardless of their accuracy). The crime, the filth, the high cost of the apartments. The management doesn’t care because they’re owned by a private equity company.
