Quick & easy move in process. Remle was super helpful & on top of my application making sure everything went smoothly
UPDATED (9.2.25): Long over due update. After 4 emails and 2 reviews I finally received my deposit back but I never did get any response to my emails, so I upped my rating to 2 stars. Although they took out $130 for cleaning which is BS since I went back and cleaned the apt after we moved out but whatever at least I'm done with them. Overall the apt was fine, area was fine, no prob w/bugs and maintenance guys are awesome but office/corp staff are unresponsive and don't seem to care. Good Luck! First the Good...As others have said, the maintenance guys are really great and I would give them 5 stars but the place itself does not deserve it. Overall the location was good, the apt itself was fine, we never had trouble with bugs and the prices were reasonable. Now the Bad...the appliances were cheap garbage, the front gates were always open/broken, the back gate was also broken, the office was closed on weekends, lots of kids (so it's a great family place!) and we had some terrible neighbors who refused to pick up thei... read more
