After withdrawing my care with Babymoon I was told someone would be in touch to reconcile my account (self pay plan) to conduct a refund. It has been 6 weeks and I still have not received my refund nor has anyone called. I have called, emailed and left voicemails and the only response I get is that my account has been reconciled and here’s a statement and someone will be in touch.. 6 weeks.. and counting.. is a completely unprofessional timeline to process refunds especially in the middle of the stresses of a pregnancy. My baby brother was born here and me and my older brother waited on the couch and beanbag chair. I love it there great snacks and staff. I personally love the owner of the dance company. I don't remember if she also owns the in. But I loved going there. And I heard their massages are amazing! Their midwives are just as amazing as the place itself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went here for a lactation consultation and to donate milk. The center and the ladies are extremely welcoming! The consultation with two midwives was helpful and my husband and I left feeling relieved and confident. They have your back and work hard to take care of you! 100% recommend.
