Pick up and delivery service were very prompt. Instructions given at delivery were good. I rented the City Elite with a glider. The sun shade on the stroller was great! My son was over the weight limit for the glider, but I thought we could get by. I was wrong! In order to not risk breaking it, we did not use the glider. I think the glider could be good for a smaller kid, but does make it harder to push. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMNED THIS COMPANY! Most kind business! Fabulous stroller! Easy last minute rental. And having the ability to pick-up and drop-off our rental was paramount. We also ended up calling back twice to add days to our rental and were able to do so easily and with no added stress! Thank you for making our Florida vacation stress free and amazing!

Our plans changed and I called Pam and John last minute and even though they were crazy busy, they still delivered us 2 double strollers 24 hours in advance! With kindness and smiles on their faces! I felt special! So thankful! Carrying the triplets for a day is more than a workout...now I don't have to! Wooooohoooo!
We used your service last Dec and the stroller looked new, it worked great the best part is your customer service, you are always super quick to respod to emails and you go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Looking forward to our next trip!
