Fabulous service! We rented a City Mini GT double stroller for my 2 and 5-year-old for Disney, and it was a lifesaver for our trip. They delivered right to the door of our condo rental. Stroller worked perfectly and we got a rain cover, small cooler, and parent console included. When we had a last-minute change of plans and needed to extend our rental, they responded to our email request right away, and the price to extend was unbelievably reasonable and cheaper than renting at Disney. 5 Stars Since 2013, we have used Babywheels Orlando for our trips to Orlando. We have four kids and the strollers are top of the line, clean and safe. We rented a double stroller last week for our Disney trip. It was delivered to our rental home and waiting for us when we arrived which was great. However, the stroller was broken (wheel fell off multiple times). They were very prompt with returning our call the next morning and immediately brought another stroller, but to our dismay we discovered the second stroller was ALSO broken (wouldn’t latch closed and brake was broken). Wish I could give extra stars! Friendly and super convenient from first phone call to pick up. It changed our whole trip having use of this nice stroller. Storage, cooler, drink holders and a happy daughter are priceless. Special thanks to Steven who was just an awesome person! (And a note to anyone doing research. We’ve rented the in park ones before and they are so uncomfortable. Plus when you leave to get home when your child is exhausted you won’t have it with you any more. Renting from this company is the way to go.)
