I can’t say enough good about this business and especially the excellent lady who preforms the ultrasounds, she is great with an excellent bedside manner. We have been here 3 times during our pregnancy, one was a bonus because she was not satisfied with the quality of images she was able to obtain (for no fault of her on, our boy kept putting his hand in front of his face), many others would have just said we got what we paid for, but she went above and beyond! Excellent customer service!
After a previous loss, I was an anxious wreck about my current pregnancy. I made an appointment at 12 weeks in between OB appointments just to make sure baby was doing ok. Kathryn was beyond amazing and so very reassuring. She told me that Kaiser often calls people back for additional anatomy scans and not to stress if it happens. It happened…and I was able to relax because Kathryn had already prepped me for this situation. All is well and she really helped me to chill out and start to enjoy this pregnancy.
Kathryn is AMAZING!! What she does is wonderful and she gave me and my husband the best photos of our baby. I would absolutely recommend coming here and coming to her. If you’re contemplating it, just do it!
Kathryn is amazing, kind and really takes her time. If you’ve been to a similar place before, I can promise Kathryn will give you a much better experience than you’ve had previously. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Kathryn is amazing! So sweet and patient. Baby girl was doing everything in her power to not get her picture taken, she's breech and at one point had her arm, leg, and cord all in front of her face, but Kathryn pulled out all the tricks and we got some great pictures. So happy with the experience and the pictures!
