I highly recommend!! I went a bit earlier than some suggest for “good” 4D images but baby was fully cooperative and we got some amazing images.

We went to Karen twice, first to see the gender of our baby and then again for a 3D/4D look at her. Both times baby was SUPER stubborn but Karen was beyond patient and did everything she could to get us our shots. I definitely reccomend this place to anyone who asks! ❤❤
Karen was very patient with the baby. The baby would turn his back so we couldn’t see his face or he’ll cover his face up. I had to go back 3 times to get a good picture of the baby. The third time was a charm. She did not charge for a rescan. We were determined to get a good picture of the baby. Thank you! I will be back for future pregnancies.
I went to go get a 3-D/4-D ultrasound, I didn't get to see my baby due to the placenta covering her face the lady was every nice, she tried to get a clear picture but it wasn't working out, I could only see my baby in 2-D she let me watch her for little bit sucking on her cord it was very nice of her to let me see that, she told me to get my money back from groupon because it wouldn't be worth it.
She was very sweet and took her time with my stubborn baby not wanting to cooperate. She told me i was having a boy and I left and had my Dr appointment a few weeks later and he told me I was having a girl. I messaged her freaking out trying to book another appointment because my Dr couldn't do another sono for 7 weeks and she took me in the same day and gave me a free one to assure me that it was a boy! Highly recommend her. Will be back for the 3D sono.
As a grandmother to be, Karen made this experience truly wonderful. Her space is cozy, warm and inviting. Karen explained the baby's position and movements, provided answers to my questions as well. I highly recommend Baby Steps Ultrasound. We felt comfortable and we were not rushed through, even when the baby was not cooperating. I hope to experience this again when my daughter returns closer to her due date.
