HORRIIIBBBBBBLLLEEEEE! I made an appt at 5 with John I arrived maybe 2 minutes late. He was doing refill that took forever. The receptionist that are in the front don’t know NOTHING about customer service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Cause they clearly don’t care. I don’t care how good you do nails if your customer service isn’t � IM OUT!!!! Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.

I have been coming for over a year. I have recommended quite a few people. I had an appt for 3:30pm with David they decided to give him a walkin appointment. When I pointed out their policy which clearly states the person who has the appointment gets done first. All the receptionist could say is I'm sorry I'll try to find someone, then she ask Tony then when Tony realized I had another appointment with Jenny he refused to do my pedicure.
