They never sent my prescribed medication to the pharmacist despite my repeated followup via phone. I waited for over two weeks because I was told over and over to “wait for the pharmacy”. The receptionist was quick to become audibly angry when I wanted information, although she wasn’t comprehending the situation. ¡Excelente servicio! Todo el personal del centro médico fue increíble. Los doctores fueron súper amables y profesionales, las asistentes también fueron muy atentos y el personal de recepción fue excelente. Tuve una excelente experiencia con el Dr. Pedro Acosta hoy. Es un profesional muy preparado, con un amplio conocimiento, y se tomó el tiempo de explicarme cada detalle de mi condición y del tratamiento recomendado. Me hizo sentir escuchada, atendió todas mis preguntas con paciencia y su atención fue verdaderamente de primer nivel. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente y regresaré a atenderme con él.
