I have been a customer for over 6 years. I have been able to reuse hair, get more hair for different looks. Overall usually happy with Baby Doll. But since they closed, I ordered two 16 inch bundles , when delivered they were different lengths ( not right) , they were not the same amount of hair ,and the smell was horrible!! I washed my hair 7 times and I could still smell it!! I even had to add some old hair just to cover my entire head.
