I contacted Baby Bird on a Sunday through their online tool providing a description of the desired service along with pictures. Monday AM Steph contacted me with an estimate and a follow up call scheduled service later in the week. On service day Rick, David, and Kenny arrived right on time. I hired Black Bird Electric to review outlets and fuse box. The electrician found out immediately that the wiring was incorrect and will be fixed. I wish I had called them sooner than other companies that did sloppy work. Def will call in the future
