I had an appointment with Zaffi for durmaplanting. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was told that she was in Chicago. The matter was handled like "no big deal." The owner, Stephanie gave me a disgusting look when I walked in as if I didn't belong there. It was only after she noticed that her employee made a mistake that I was treated with respect. Ghetto and unprofessional. Never again.
