I did not rent a place from Bablot, this is solely my experience with the contracting process. Bablot seems completely disorganized and I would be careful trusting them with any legal document you sign with them. READ THROUGH THEIR CONTRACTS. They told me 2706 s Cochran Ave in Los Angeles was NOT under RTO (rent control), but through my own research, I found that to be untrue. The company seems somewhat disorganized, and the process could be more transparent. I also believe Marta’s communication and attention to clients could be improved, as she appeared fiercely focused on her own profit.
