Im using my cousins account to write this review for the fact that i dont have a google account. I lived there for 4 years and enjoyed the quietness of that area. Martha, Susan and Wendy responded to our calls promptly. If i move back to the area, I would rent at the Rancho Mirage location again. Isabella G.

Poor customer service. Will take as much money as they can from tenants. Violate tenant living laws and do not follow up on simple complaints as moldy walls and infestation. I love this city but the person handling this apt building; Martha. Based on no actions taken it shows they do not care about the tenants well being Or maintaining the building in livable conditions. Very disappointed.
