Excellent service is the norm for John and Brian. My husband needed to get lenses switched out in his glasses. Not a problem EXCEPT he had our 2 three year old grandsons with him. John took his glasses and had them done in just a few hours. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellence.

I’ve used Babineau Opticians many years and I’ve always been completely satisfied! Two and a half years ago I moved to South Dakota. I returned recently for a visit and was happy to purchase another awesome pair of glasses from Babineau! And even if I’m unable to return, they can easily take care of me by mail. I give them a glowing A+ :)

Fantastic customer service. I have been going to Babineau for at least 30 yrs or more. I have always been ver satisfied with their exceptional service. Last Friday I dropped off my glasses to have new lenses put in my old frames. Brian told me I could get them Monday but I said I wasn't sure when I could pick them up as my Husband was being admitted to the hospital today. Sunday afternoon John brought the glasses to my home. That is what I call going way beyond exceptional customer service. By the way he picked my second pair of glasses up to have the lenses put I. in Sunday and again drove to my house tonight at 8:00 to drop them off to me. Wow , this helped me more than I can explain. Keep up the exceptional service and I will spread the word. Thanks again
