The Newton County program is horrendous. It took over a month for the initial case worker to schedule my son's evaluation and tried to blame the pediatricians office for the delay. Once we were finally scheduled, it was a Zoom consultation for PT. I had to drag my laptop around to get my son to do the practice exercises for them. Once completed, I was told my son's PT appointments would be over Zoom, never in person. When I expressed concern, the PT was almost offended. To be honest I'm not really happy with this program. They are not very professional. It just depends on your county u guess because I have been to two separate counties and the first (Clayton County )was good and the staff seemed communicative but this new county (DeKalb) has been nothing but disappointment and grief since day one. I honestly have yet to see the point of this program. And I have dealt with a different version of this program in another state and they were really good and my children had amazing results.
