Dr.Babich is a great physician with experience to help keep my RA under control.
Dr. Babich has been treating me for poly myalgia rheumatica for close to a year and I trust him completely. He is extremely thorough in his examinations, literally manipulating every joint to find those affected by the disease. He listens patiently and without interruption to my complaints and then explains in detail the best course of action to address my issues. I can’t imagine anyone leaving a negative review for this extremely competent physician.
Great doctor and practice. Dr Babich very interested in finding best medication combo to get me pain free and with more function
Fact: Getting the proper diagnosis of Lupus can take patients up to 7 years! And why is this? Because of so called "drs" like Dr. Babich. Dr. Babich was first on the list of rheumatologists I was sent to for a diagnosis. The first (and last!) appointment was awful! I waited for over an hour to see him, then was looked over by having to him point on a picture of the human body if areas/joints hurt and me responding with simple yes or no. One of my biggest problems was my inflammation, but heaven forbid he feel my fingers and ... read more
God if I'm wrong please forgive me: I warn the public that when considering Dr. John Babich to PROCEED WITH CAUTION! The element of compassion is not evident.
Worst experience, wish I would have read the reviews 1st, Dr. never reviewed records that were sent with my referral prior to my appt, he refused to review the records while in the appt. He was rude, condescending, no bedside manner, did not listen to anything. He did absolutely nothing for me! I left wasting almost 3hrs of my work day and losing faith in doctors in NC, if this is the care they provide to patients in need of help with autoimmune diseases and still felt just as awful. Don't recommend to anyone
The most despicable experience with a doctor and staff I've EVERY had in my life. I was so stressed when I left. I decided to look at the reviews when I got home and I knew then my instinct was CORRECT. I experienced all the things in all the reviews. 1 He and his staff are rude...They tag team has his nurse poke her head in and saw he is behind 2 He talks down to you 3 he will not let you talk, does not want to engage in conversation as to what your issue. there is much more HE IS AWFUL
I had a appointment yesterday and left feeling like I wasn't heard in regards to my pain. I was told to basically get better sleep and this will help my pain level which I already know will not make no difference at all. I lay awake almost every night just like last in sever pain. I don't know what else to do other than lay here and cry ??. I was told yesterday that I now have Fibromyalgia!!! No pain management nothing...ugh!!! I feel like im talking to myself when I'm in his office.
I was very disappointed in Dr. Babich. Waste of time and money. I have seen another Rheumatologist since seeing him who drew appropriate labs and addressed my concerns appropriately.
