I decided to try Gel-X nails for the first time, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Dalys at Babe Cave! She did an incredible job and made the whole process easy and comfortable and answered any questions I had. Before going I was nervous about making the switch, but I absolutely love the transition to Gel-X and they hold up beautifully for weeks. I've been getting compliments on my nails everywhere I go! Dalys is so talented, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about her work. I’m very happy with my nails!
I was uncomfortable coming here, wasn’t very welcoming to new clients.
After seeing so many glowing reviews, I had high hopes for this place. Those hopes have been dashed. The positives: They use disposable bowl liners, CND branded products, and didn’t act offended when I asked for a sharp edge of my nail to be smoothed out before polishing. The negatives: They don’t accept credit cards (just Venmo, Zelle, etc) and then wanted to take a photo of my phone screen of the transaction record. Interaction was awkward and uncomfortable. No complaints with my nails though. 3 stars because I didn’t feel welcomed. Very cold atmosphere. Maybe nail tech was having a bad day. I still tipped I won’t be back If you don’t care about treatment and attitude and just want some fire nails, this is your place.
