The maintenance team at Babcock Tower is excellent! They quickly repaired and replaced our disposal, and even checked carefully for other potential issues. Very professional, thorough, and reliable service — it really makes living here a great experience.
I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and Julio, Dave and Jake always make sure I feel safe, welcomed and at home! They always so above and beyond with all the work they do! Julio cleaned my old stovetop that it looks so new and moved it to my new apartment! The maintenance team is my favorite part of living in Babcock tower for sure! This 5 stars go straight to the maintenance team and them only! And 10 stars for Julio!!!
Terrible noise everyday! Just DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
