I have purchased parts from Babbitt's before but this recent purchase solidified them in my book! I recently ordered an exhaust kit for a Ranger 800 XP. Shortly after receiving the kit, realized two of the exhaust donuts were missing. I called and spoke to a young lady in customer service and she apologized and said she would get the parts to me right away! Repost I ordered a couple of parts. One of the parts was not the right parts, but the lady at the service counter order me a new part. Two weeks have past now, and still no part.I tried online customer service and nobody will respond.
