Horrific experience. I ordered a Honda part 6 months ago and after a week or two was informed it was on backorder. I was willing to wait for the part and worked with their online team with regular check-ins on status. After waiting 6 months, I decided to cancel the order as the item was never received. Ordered a storage trunk for our SxS online on or about March 9. Out credit card was charged and we were given an automated estimated ship date of March 19. After a couple weeks we had not received our trunk nor any email so we called. We were told it was backordered and should be shipped in a week. March 26, still nothing so we call again. Was told it's still on backorder with no estimated ship date. I asked them why they charged my card if they didn't even have the trunk? Shipping is terrible. One piece of my order arrived the other hasn't been sent. It shows as delivered but only part of my order was shipped and delivered. Ridiculous logistics.

Negative stars. I ordered wheels and tires package, estimated 4/30 - 5/5 arrival. When I contacted to confirm expected arrival date. They told me they had to cancel my order as all parts were discontinued from Polaris. Instead of offering to sell me a different set, they lied to me about the discontinued parts and then said they submitted paperwork for a refund. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a throttle cable, had an estimated delivery date of April 22 - April 29, but never heard anything on the item being shipped. So I waited a few days, called them, and the lady said they were waiting on the part from Honda. I asked, why wasn't I informed that it wasn't in stock? I said I'd like a refund.
