I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a throttle cable, had an estimated delivery date of April 22 - April 29, but never heard anything on the item being shipped. So I waited a few days, called them, and the lady said they were waiting on the part from Honda. I asked, why wasn't I informed that it wasn't in stock? I said I'd like a refund. Had everything we needed..
I shouldve researched them a little better before ordering, and dug deeper on their return policy. They have a rectifier that according to their website is compatible with my atv, and checked return policy and in the return policy it says as long as its not used it can be returned. Upon receiving the incorrect part for my atv, I filed for a return, but deeper down in the smaller print, it says electrical and fiberglass parts are returnable. Why would that be?
