Bought an item that was not expensive and I get an email a week or so later requesting a photo of both sides of my ID, and a photo of both sides of my credit card. Absolutely not.
Don’t shop here, I ordered parts 2 weeks later a box with 1 thing arrived I called in they said they couldn’t get the rest of the parts.. been over a week and still haven’t gotten any refund or any communications
I recently purchased a a new vehicle from here. The salesman, Noah, did an excellent job. I’m not one to negotiate and I tell sales people that. Went to other dealerships, he came in $2500 cheaper than anyone else. There was electronic issue with the vehicle that was no fault of the dealership. The service department handled it better than I could’ve expected. Everyone I talked to in the service department was excellent. I highly recommend Babbitt Sports Center to anyone looking for a new ride.
Tons of inventory, people were extremely helpful!!! My part was not a normal inventory part and they ordered it and let me know it was in within a couple days.
A+ service, great communication and customer service. I ordered parts for a complete rebuild on a 1999 kx125 every single part we ordered has been correct. Fast shipping. Highly recommended. Definitely will be buying from again.
