The Sales team is very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I came in and explained what I was wanting not knowing exactly which route to take and I was shown a vehicle by Joey that I hadn't explored which met all my needs. They weren't pushy or overbearing which is always the worst when dealing with a dealership. I will easily go back for future purchases and service.
Done ordering parts from Babbit's. I try to keep my money local when I can but Im tired of getting screwed over with delivery dates they can never hold. Find an online retailer that will actually give real lead times.

Ordered a part waited over month to hear it's backorder. They only shipped one small rubber cap. Did NOT refund all my money. They keep shipping fees. Refuse refunds.
Terrible Shipping! "The parts were delayed from the manufacturer". I need a parts supplier I can count on! And Customer Service seemed annoyed that I was upset that it will be who knows how long before I see my customer's parts! "Well thats why its 'Estimated Delivery'" But oddly enough my account hadn't even been billed until after I called to see where my parts were... this is ridiculous! This is the same type of complaint made to the Better Business Bureau repeatedly!
