Very poor service and communication. Initially sought medical malpractice and general business liability from them based on recommendation of a colleague. The agent who initially serviced our account left the firm and must have took any semblance of customer service with him. The senior account manager I was left with was devoid of personality or personal accountability. Absolute nightmare getting policies renewed.
