Ask owner a question about placement of a carburetor gasket & his reply was he couldn't tell me due to manufacture of such brand doesn't allow him to tell me. Then he tried to up sell me to a complete carburetor kit at a RIDICULOUSLY PRICED & Months of waiting. Bad for business especially locally. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
What kind of business lectures a paying customer not to work on your own lawn equipment, accusing the customer "You don't know what you're doing"? Doug of Baba's Lawnmower Repair is that individual. He even went as far as threatening to charge me $250 if I didn't disclose fixing my lawn equipment. I'm still having issues starting my lawnmower when he claimed he had fixed the issue.
