I had an extremely upsetting experience at Baba Jewelers today while shopping for wedding bands with my fiancé. When we arrived, the door was opened for us, but before we could even properly enter the store, we were immediately asked what we were looking for. I said, “wedding bands.” The response we received was, “Well, we only carry 22-karat gold here,” delivered with what I perceived as a chuckle/smirk. We had not asked about price. Loved the ring which I got also love that they have so many modern collections. Taslima was a literal sweetheart she was so patient and sweet throughout the purchase process. Love her will definitely come again.
