I grew up in a family-owned 42-unit apartment complex. Ive been renting 35 years beyond that, the last 3 from BAB Realty. Tom Babineck is THE BEST landlord I have ever experienced. He is respectful, agreeable, reasonable, cooperative, responsive, conscientious and plays by the rules. If you maintain your property and pay your rent, he will leave you completely alone. Have been a renter from Tom Babinek for more than a year and a half and have known others who rented from him for years and he is definitely one of the best landlords in town.
