If it's time for the Orthodontist, I highly recommend Baarsvik & Souza. They welcomed us & made us all feel at ease from the very first appointment. I couldn't ask for a better staff who work with my daughter and actually make her "love" going to the Orthodontist!! Rated 10 �'s by me!!
Had a great experience at the office today. Kayla was my OA and let me just say how friendly and personable she is. Kayla was very thorough, informative, and made me feel at ease the entire time. Staff is pleasant and courteous, great atmosphere and very clean! Doctor Souza is phenomenal! Definitely recommend to anyone in search of Ortho treatment.
My son has been receiving treatment here since last April. I pay for clear braces yet they never have the clear supplies so his mouth is only truly been clear once. The office consistently runs late and his appointments take forever. Now they refuse to take him for an afternoon appointment saying they can only do what he needs in the morning and he must miss school or I have to wait until school lets out and tack two months on to his treatment plan which I need to pay for.
