I went in for a massage to help with sciatic nerve pain, and Minty was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly where my pain was coming from. The pressure was perfect, and she focused on the right areas—my lower back, hips, and legs. I felt noticeable relief after the session and much more relaxed overall. The place was clean and calming. I would highly recommend Minty to anyone dealing with sciatica or lower back pain.
