Kaitlyn Cox is the BEST!! She is very knowledgeable about her job... I was a little anxious about beginning the process, but she was very helpful & professional allowing the process to be very easy. She walked me through the entire process and kept me informed from start to finish. B&A roofing did an outstanding job on the roof! . I would recommend B&A Roofing to anyone. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, and so many other things. My representative Logan Willbanks ranks over 5 stars. He was in contact with me every step of the way, even after hours if I had a question. Install was only one day and everything was cleaned up properly no complaints on my end. You guys rock!!!!!

I highly recommend B&A Roofing. Kaitlyn was so nice and helpful, and so knowledgeable- she really made the whole process so easy and stress-free for us. She walked us through the whole insurance process, came out to meet the insurance person to make sure they took note of everything and was super patient with all our questions. Kaitlyn was in touch through every step of the process, and on the day of the actual roof replacement, their team started first thing in the morning and were done by lunch time.
