Never sent their quote or responded to me asking if they were going to send the quote. Not a 1 star because the guy was super friendly and informative when he was here.
I called and talked to a Colleen (she was very friendly) about setting up an appointment for an estimate for a residential roofing. She said Blake (the salesman) would be out at 10:00 a.m. the next day. A half hour after 10 and he was still a no show and no call. (I had other plans later that afternoon) I called and told Colleen to just tell Blake to cancel the appointment.
