Brad is friendly, fair, quick and always does a great job at maintaining our Air conditioner!
They are always fast to respond and fix our issue quickly.
I called B & A first thing in the morning they had someone out by the afternoon. They located the problem on my system and also then took the time to research my unit that it was still under warranty even though they were not the ones that installed it. They found that the defective part was covered by the warranty. I was only charged for the labor that wasn’t covered by the manufacturer warranty. Great honest company.
Good price, showed up on time, and no issues.
