In 14 years of business, we've never encountered this sort of discrimination when attempting to carry a company's products--your terse receptionist told us that we cannot carry your product in our Brick & Mortar Store because we also sell on the Amazon Marketplace. Yet other retailers ARE selling your product on the Amazon marketplace.
Got our Ninjaline and accessories before Christmas and had a happy child on Christmas Day. It is super easy to install and take down. It's a great way to get kids off the electronics when the weather cooperates!! Highly Recommend It!!

We got the wrong order, but sent an email and on Christmas Eve, Ed O'Brien met me with the right product so that we could wrap it for Christmas morning! Seriously above and beyond! We'll be buying from them again.
UPDATE: The company was very responsive via Facebook. The gift did arrive in time for Christmas, though much much later than planned. I had the same situation as previous review: ordered as a Christmas gift when shipping was guaranteed December 9th. This did not occur and the company did not reach out regarding the delay. Very unhappy with this company. I placed an order on November 27 with shipment guaranteed on December 10 and still no product. Also no response to my emails. They took my money the day I ordered though.

This company called ME when I had a challenge setting up my line around my LARGE trees. I had called the store where I purchased the SlackLine from and asked if they had an extender. Within one hour, I received a phone call asking how THEY could help me set it up with an alternative method and they would send me an email with a diagram. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!
May I rave for just a second? We purchased this zip line as a gift to our 2 oldest children. For weeks (okay, MONTHS really), we avoided getting it out of the box because we feared the installation would be really time-consuming.
