RecommendedWonderful products and fabulous customer service. Victoria went above and beyond helping me with my questions. We already owned a Slackline and I was so excited when I saw the Ninjaline. I am in Canada and couldn’t find the Ninjaline in the longer length that we needed for our yard. Ordered it from them and our boys love it! Bought some other obstacles and as they get better at the obstacles I plan on buying more. Keep making great stuff!
I ordered a ninjaline from b4adventure and paid additional money for holiday shipping. I received an incomplete order and sent them an email to resolve the situation and Victoria was very respectful and did everything possible to resolve it. I am very happy with my experience with b4adventure and would recommend them to anybody!!
1. They can try responding to customer issues in a timely manner. The autoreply is not a response! WARNING!!! DO NOT BY THE AMERICAN NINJA TEMPORARY CHALK SPRAY PAINT. It is not temporary at all! B4Adventure is the licensor and manufacturer of this product.

The highest quality products we’ve bought over and over - use in our local gyms, events etc - best gifts ever. Can’t say enough about their amazing custom outdoor play systems - particularly the Slackers NinjaLine systems!
Great products and the BEST customer service. when I had trouble setting up my ninja warrior slack line a representative called me and talked me through step by step. They offered to exchange my line for me if it wasn't long enough. Thankfully I didn't need to but it was so nice to have peace of mind. I highly recommend their products!
Last week, when much of the mid atlantic lost power, we discovered that our slacker line was the only think holding up our 100 foot Hemlock tree from falling into a transformer and smashing our neighbor’s house. The line held the massive tree for 4 days through high winds until work crews were able to get to the tree. Our son has loved playing with the slacker line since he got it for Christmas but it wasn’t until now that it saved the neighborhood. These lines are strong!
Great company and fantastic customer service. They have a variety of neat outdoor adventure stuff.
