have my son in the youth program it’s an awesome program to get ur kid ready for wtvr sport activities. He’s gna perform better speed strength agility!!! will join soon myself for the adult classes highly recommend!!!!💪
My son, age 9, is currently enrolled in the youth training class and loves it! The trainers provide guided workouts to help with endurance, agility and strength training.
