IF I COULD GIVE THESE GUYS ZERO STARS I WOULD! Sam from B2B flooring came around same day and quoted how much he would charge to lay flooring we bought from Bunnings as it was originally a DIY job. Sam quoted us a CASH price of $1400. After thinking on it for a while my partner and I booked in with Sam a few days after receiving the quote. Sam originally had said he could come around Wednesday 9th April 25 and would finish Thursday 10th April 25, with that the job was booked. I do not recommend B2B flooring!!!!! We booked a job in with B2B flooring to install our already purchased laminate floor. The day of what was supposed to be the start of our install, we were advised that the job could not be started/finished that week. Happy to reschedule, it was “re-locked in” for the following week. Fast forward a week, ensuring that the job was still going to proceed I messaged the night before to confirm everything was still going ahead however I did not hear anything. These guys laid five rooms of vinyl planks for me in 2 1/2 days. They were friendly, obliging, tidy and very efficient. The floors look great. Highly recommend them, doubt you’d get a better price either.
Absolutely great service from start to finish, both Sam and Paul’s knowledge of the products is second to none. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.
