I have found the trainers there to be professional, friendly but stern. I have gone there for several years now and they have reduced my back pain significantly - to minuscule amount. I highly recommend all the trainers there. They are very aware of my objectives and help me greatly to strive for and reach them.

If you are looking for a great place to work out with trainers who know what they are doing and assist you to reach your goals by pushing you to do things you never thought you could you have found the right place.
