The service is balanced priced, but VERY worth it for the customer service and professional staff. For months we experienced frustration and anxiety over this, so thank you for the peace of mind you have given us! We hope we never have to call again, but we're relieved to know that they will be there for us.
Once contacted and informed about the situation, the techs came to inspect our apartment for bedbugs, and found them in less than a minute. Gave good, specific advice. My favorite thing about him, though, was how he explained our various options for dealing with the bug problem which made me feel a lot less depressed about the blood sucking insects that were living where I was sleeping. Thanks, man.

The crew could not finish so returned later to do the attic . My compliments to Robert and Joseph who did the work. This is the second home I have had serviced by B & Y Pest Control and will definitely employ them again.
