I was present when Kristin Ballard stormed into the clinic yelling, verbally abusing, threatening and trying to intimidate. 1. The parking is NOT “shared amongst the businesses”. It’s the clinic’s private parking lot. 2. Her son did NOT use a cane. He had no trouble hopping out of the extended cab pick-up truck. 3. “Krisitin” angled parked the pickup , taking up almost 3 spaces. The receptionist is very very rude. We have not used this Chiropractor but we frequent the barber shop next door. The parking lot is divided among the businesses. When I arrived with our son,who uses a 4 point cane and is having mobility issues, there were no available parking spots directly infront of the barbers. There was one vehicle parked infront of their office so we took one spot out of necessity. She immediately popped out and asked if we are customers and were told " to move." Barb explains her process with great detail. Had nagging shoulder and neck pain for ~3 months. After several visits and some routine stretching as per Barb's guidance, I had it solved. Much recommended.
