Our property management company hired B&W to assess the cause of leaking windows in our townhome. Rather than inspect our roof with drone images or physically going up on it, B&W charged our HOA to nail an ugly piece of aluminum to our roof. They did not properly seal the many, many new holes they punched in our shingles and the leak got worse. Some of the punctures were not sealed at all.
