I've been going there for years and always had a great experience. Great baked goods! But this time, I was overcharged and had to question them twice about the price until they realized the mistake. And, they neglected to inform me that the cake I bought was frozen solid on the inside. Having a frozen cake made Mom's birthday a little less fun.
Usually I love this place.. I have been coming here my entire life and never had a problem until today... I came in after work to pick up some desserts there was one person being helped before me and one who came in after.. the tall younger man who works there helped the woman after me first!!! I decided to not say anything maybe it was just a mistake.. after helping her he walked away and didn't acknowledge me!!! I felt invisible!!! It was completely rude. Every time I go to Jersey, this is a must stop on our trip. Best crumb cake ever.
Grew up here, and anytime I have the chance I stop by for a taste that you cannot get anywhere else! Pecan Danish ring and crumb cake are fantastic!
