Very disappointed- I have been a loyal customer for 40 years! My husband is a cancer patient and we have been social distancing for over a year. I called to place an order for 5 different cakes to pick up the day before Easter. They wouldn’t allow me to place an order unless I could come in and pay in full, said they have these items in stock daily- I explained I need to get in and out, can’t be waiting in lines due to his immune system and chemo. Best Crumb cake we have ever eaten. We bought 3 so we could bring it back to Maine for family. We also bought hard rolls and pastry you just can't get this in Maine. WE drove out of our way and stayed over night so we could visit the bakery in the morning. I wish they would ship. B & W Bakery you are the best.
