I had bad experience with this business. Last year I ordered 3 queen palms, he asked to pay upfront and when delivered the palms, they were smaller and skinnier. Two months ago I ordered a Sylvester Palm, Bruce asked me to pay upfront $480 only for the 5 ft. trunk of tree and I paid extra for installation. The tree died and I asked for replacement.
