Lived here for THREE days before my bike was stolen from the locked storage room. Called in and they said they can check cameras and key fob access to help me get it back, then over the next couple days over email let me know they wouldn’t/couldn’t help with that after all, and the Tenant Relations Manager Jill sent an insanely passive aggressive email to me, which added salt to the wound. I was really excited to live here, but I just can’t recommend it at all with such a huge blow to my feeling of security in the first week... read more
